Our Team
Richard Adams
Graduate of the University of Miami School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A., 1984 Cum Laude), and Florida State University School of Law (J.D., 1987).
As Lead Counsel in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Real Estate department, Mr. Adams has filed thousands of bankruptcy cases and has helped many people file for relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Adams has also coordinated many real estate closings in the issuance of title insurance and provides services in general civil litigation, including insurance disputes and other types of general, commercial and contract litigation.
Mr. Adams also handles cases in the areas of: Bankruptcy, Insurance Disputes and Real Estate. Mr. Adams’ present practice provides services to his clients in Florida, in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Adams is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Cuban-American Bar Association of Miami, and the Hialeah Miami Lakes Bar Association.
Richard Adams is also a member of the Bars of the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Mr. Adams was born in Miami, Florida on January 31, 1963. He is fluent in Spanish.
Rodolfo Manzon brings a strong background in the corporate world to his role at the company, having worked and lived across the country and around the world. He specializes in creating efficient processes, structuring the foundation of the company for today and tomorrow, and business development.
Originally from Brazil, Manzon was an executive at both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hertz. He helped develop several Enterprise segments including Corporate Diversity and Trucks. Following his time at Enterprise, Manzon ran the Hertz operation for Latin America out of Sao Paulo, Brazil. After his lengthy corporate tenure, Rodolfo left Hertz to become a chef and restaurateur, opening the restaurant Temaris in Miami where he invented the sushi ball mold. (‘temari’ is Japanese for sushi ball) He still owns the patent and says he might revive the concept some day.
He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and has visited over 60 countries around the world.

Paul Anthony McRae
Paul Anthony McRae is known for having sold many of South Florida’s most well known residential developments during the first real estate boom of the 2000s, particularly in Broward County, including L’Hermitage, Las Olas Beach Club, Las Olas River House, Esplanade on the New River, Le Club International, Veranda-Plantation, Boca Pointe Country Club, and others.
Paul was broker-owner of the Galleria Collection of Fine Homes (Galleria International Realty) on Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. With more than 137 agents and employees, Galleria was one of the top ten real estate companies in Florida specializing in pre-construction exclusive sales and marketing. In a short six year period, Galleria sold out more than 32 condominium towers – from Miami to Jacksonville.
Paul Anthony McRae’s other passion in life is classical music. As a classically trained graduate of the famed Juilliard School and Eastman School of Music, he has conducted many of the world’s most famous symphony orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra, New World Symphony (Miami), English Chamber Orchestra, and orchestras in Japan, China and Korea.
